Working with David was a great experience.

My husband and I came to David with short notice on a home we were interested in. David got us in to see the home right away. David and his team helped guide us through the process, provided us with key, reliable industry contacts (such as an amazing local mortgage agent and home inspector) that a first time home buyer definitely needed. David made it easy to trust that he had all of the key things covered and that I didn't need to stress over anything as he would guide me step by step. "Katie and Michael were the dream team in communication and getting my home sold very quickly in order to close on a new dream home purchase. Their throughness in explaining steps and understanding the process made me feel at ease. Katie was able to schedule quickly to view my next purchase and took time out of her vacation to keep me up to date, follow up on any concerns, and provide me such kind and outgoing support. "The process was flawless from beginning to end. Mike’s knowledge and research of the market was accurate. Mike and his team were a pleasure to work with. Reata was great with communication regarding clear to close items. We had an issue with a prior HELOC that was still listed. With 2 days to close, the issue was resolved and closing went well."

"Katie and I met back in 2021 when my fiancé and I were house hunting. We met by chance due to Zillow and I am so thankful we did! Katie went above and beyond to help us find our perfect home. Thankfully, after taking a small break, we finally found our home! Katie helped us every step of the way - she assisted with writing our offer, once our offer was accepted she recommended our inspector, she provided consistent communication, and always kept a positive outlook! Throughout the process, we struggled with the seller and Katie kept the pressure on the sellers agent to make sure that we were getting the communication we deserved.
